An Affair to Remember – Arrange to meet her somewhere at a specified time in the not-to-distant future (within a month) with the stipulation that, if she shows up, you were meant to be together. Have your ring and proposal ready! In the movie it was the Empire State Building, but you don’t have to fly to New York. You should agree that, once you make the pact, neither of you can bring it up again until the rendezvous.
